Ryan came out yesterday and spent almost 3 hours to look at our system. He was a great communicator and explained the problems we were having with our system. He took a lot of readings and did some adjustments. Now we have a choice to make - do we replace the whole system or have the company come back for one day and fix the problems. Ryan and his team (Sal and Jesus) installed two 5-ton Mitsubishi ductless systems in my home as part of a renovation—this took several weeks so I got to know the crew and their work well. This is a large and complex system with 10 zones, installed with care, good communication, and technical expertise. As a client with a strong technical background (physics PhD) and experience with these systems, I appreciated the attention to detail. As the job progressed, Ryan took time to listen and respond to any and all concerns and questions. I also applaud the crew for their attention to keeping areas of the home clean with plastic, vacuuming, and floor protectors—this is really appreciated in a home with young children.
