Our thermostat stopped working this morning, and it’s cold! The person who answered the phone was helpful and got me a same day appointment (on a Friday afternoon). The technician Juan was helpful and courteous and was able to fix it right away. Also gave me some helpful tips. We used this company for our ac install in the spring too and they were great and had the most competitive price. Highly recommend them. Services: Thermostat repair, Install AC
Ryan came out yesterday and spent almost 3 hours to look at our system. He was a great communicator and explained the problems we were having with our system. He took a lot of readings and did some adjustments. Now we have a choice to make - do we replace the whole system or have the company come back for one day and fix the problems. He did convey a lot of knowledge and was very professional. Service: HVAC system repair
