We received an estimate in August 2022 for a mini split system. We informed the sales person at that time we needed financing if we are going to get the system installed. 3 months later we received a call from Bell Brothers, and they spoke to my husband and said "you guys are approved for $12,000.00" "when would you like it installed?" After ordering the necessary equipment the install began. They completed the install in 3 days although we were promised 2 days. Once completed as the installer was packing up equipment he asked my husband "where is the check for $12000?" We were in shock! We thought the approval call made to us was referring to financing. We knew we did not have $12k before the install. We spoke to Devin and a few other's that said we'll figure this out. We were called and we completed a credit application.
