I will not tell another consumer not to use the services of this company, that’s a personal choice. However, if you use BB to service your AC unit (for the first time) before that Tech leaves your property, check the air flow from the AC unit. My AC unit operated better BEFORE the BB Tech serviced it. I am not happy. Monday, June 19th I got a call from BB Service Manager, Chris and he did an outstanding job of untangling the situation that happened during the service of my AC unit.
