Major price gouging! They called me at 6 PM the night before my appointment to tell me it would be a $400 fee just to look at the roof. We told them exactly what we needed and they could just give us a price plus we had provided pictures prior to the appointment. I have never had a roofing company charge to come out and look at a roof. And $400 is gouging to say the least. I would never use this company. If they charge $400 for a 10 minute appointment you can imagine what they would charge for repairs or to replace the roof. Plenty of other honest roofers out there.
Ruben and crew were professional and did a great job with our new gutters. We had purchased gutter covers and they installed them too. The crew was friendly and fast and paid attention to detail. Good job! Service: Gutter installation
The guys were here early each day and worked hard. Removing all my tiles, tossing bad ones and setting aside the good ones. Installing OSB to help us save energy, then reinstalling all the tiles and new gutters & downspouts. Now looking forward to some rain! Thank you Manada Roofing!
