These people are rude and didn't repair my furnace. Why put furnace in your name if you don't repair them? Service: Heating system maintenance
Last year when I had a furnace issue the guy from this company fixed it on the same day I called them. I remember that the price wasn`t too high though
Our heater did not respond to the thermostat all of a sudden so I called Sunny.The technician came out the promised day. He checked the furnace for 10-20 minutes visually but he had no clue. At the end, he said the control board and/or the fan motor might be bad. Then he promised to call me the next day with an estimate of the parts and labor, but he never did. The reason I have to give one star is that I could tell clearly how bad he was as compared to another company which fixed my heater the following week. This technician could tell which part was bad (turned out to be the capacitor) by using the simple tester. Service: Heating system repair
