Our whole-house ducted swamp cooler and gas water heater were both 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Will at Lakeside and he and his team replaced both for less money than I expected. They have now put the swamp cooler to bed for the winter and will service it again in the spring to keep it in top condition. I especially appreciate that they are responsive, they actually show up when they say they will and do the job agreed upon. Excellent company.
