Zachary was a pleasure to work with and very informative. He had no problem talking me through the repair and also helping me get set up with someone to get a quote on a new unit. Honestly, everyone that I have talked with at AQS has been amazing and very professional.

The Tech that showed up himself was very good. Dealing with the company through the home warranty. Fidelity National Home Warranty was a nightmare. They kept changing four hr. Service windows multiple times. And kept reiterated a 30 minute text and phone call when the tech was in route. Nobody was home at the address and we needed that 30 min. Window. They eventually called and said the tech is 10 minutes away. If you missed the tech, the process starts all over again and have to wait another week or two. It’s like the Home Warranty uses vendors to fight with and make it Hard to get and keep an appointment. You have to be on alert the entire day of the appointment and rush over within 10 minutes. Not good for rental properties when the tenants are not home the exact time. Service: HVAC system repair
