Lady on the phone mocked my mom saying “it’s not my fault your son is dead.” Horrible place to go to!!! They came to fix the fridge rubber on the door and the guy was cursing the whole time and left the fridge all messed. Now we have to go buy a new fridge because all the food is going bad.
The Guy named Christian is such a positive guy , very humble and professional
I’m trying to keep my 20 year old Kenmore washing machine going because I heard the fancy new ones don’t last. So the Kenmore overflowed I called B&B they sent out Adam (very nice fellow) he had it apart in about 30 seconds, found the problem fixed it in no time flat, very satisfied with the service.
