11/3 Update: Getting a little worried. The fridge went out again and they installed the part they said I needed and had to buy to make it work, but now it wont get cold at all. i called the office and He will be returning tomorrow morning, but my worry is now, if he cant get it to work, Ill have to buy a new fridge and be out the money for the parts and labor. Very stressed out here with all my food crammed in a tiny second soda fridge. Hoping they can fix it so I can restore the 5 stars. Only place I go to for my appliance repairs fair and reasonable. You feel that They don't try to take advantage of you. They just find the problem and take care of it they don't make them up Service: Refrigerator repair

Was looking for a local appliance company to repair my freezer. I was able to get a next day appointment with a 2 hour timeframe. Craig showed up at the beginning of the given time and he quickly diagnosed the issue. The cost of the repair was affordable and there were no service call charges! Lady on the phone mocked my mom saying “it’s not my fault your son is dead.” Horrible place to go to!!! They came to fix the fridge rubber on the door and the guy was cursing the whole time and left the fridge all messed. Now we have to go buy a new fridge because all the food is going bad.
