At the end of August 2021 GCA roofed my house. His worker caught the roof on fire, they tarped the area because it was going to rain, he was asked Will this stop the rain? He emphatically said YES IT WILL. It poured into the garage and kitchen the next day when it rained. After 3 times showing up to fix the damage, they failed. They removed the drip edge and never replaced it, also. I have photos of everything. The shingles at the edge curl up, holding water and leaking between the other shingles. He had a discussion with my BF about it and Alex said they would curl down eventually. They never have. The roof still leaks and Alex said it's beyond his scope to fix and blamed me and said I need to fix it. WHEN is it EVER the home owner's responsibility to fix a brand new roof that still leaks? He was told how to fix it by replacing the bad shingles, but refused to listen. I will never recommend him for any work. Ever. ZERO stars for this shady company. I only put 1 star because they would
