South Bay Plumbing and Heating

We have had South Bay Plumbing and Heating come to our home 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time a new issue. They called back immediately and assured us they would come the day we called. The work, the care they took inside our home, the price and the consideration they took in explaining everything to us was top notch. Matt was at our home for all 4 jobs and Jay, the owner, came to check and work on the sewer issue. Both excellent! We had dirty sewage overflow in one bathroom, back up in the sewer line, and broken pipe in the kitchen - all of which got taken care of within hours of our phone calls. South Bay plumbing did an excellent job for us! We called in the morning with a clogged kitchen sink - Jay the owner answered my call, he rearranged the schedule of his plumber Matt so he could come to our home next. They came within 75 minutes of my call for service. Matt was awesome, unclogged our sink and completely wiped down and cleaned the entire area he worked in. I highly recommend them!
