My heater stopped working while it was snowing nonetheless and Exclusive was one of many repair companies that I contacted. Not only were they the only ones that actually answered my phone call but they were able to send someone out and he was able to fix my problem in only a few hours. He explained so well and he was very kind and courteous. I did not need an HVAC person after all
Service went well, furnace was igniting with a boom. A retro kit was installed.. Heard one smaller boom about a week later. Tech visited quickly and adjusted pressure a bit. Tech was informative and friendly. Service: Heating system maintenance
