I live in an older condo building that has individual 100 amp breakers and after talking to several electricians, most weren't up to speed on the requirements needed to get a Level 2 EV charger setup. I worked with them to get a Tesla Wall Connector installed for me in the City of Cerritos. They were able to obtain the permits and do everything necessary to pass inspection. They actually sent their sister company ProPower Electric to do the work, which I guess are the ones that usually service my area. Everything went super smoothly.
