I hired Pierside Plumbing for a number of projects over the past two years since moving to HB. I’m fairly handy myself but I needed some expertise for remodel work in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reached out to 5 other plumbing companies to evaluate and compare my options before deciding to go with Pierside Plumbing. Their estimates were fair (not the cheapest or most expensive), work was able to be completed quickly (often the same week), and the workers were friendly and professional. I also appreciated that I wasn’t being upsold or oversold for something that I didn’t want or need. Some of the work Pierside Plumbing has completed for me includes moving a gas line for the oven, moving water lines for the fridge, replacing water shut-off valves, replacing the water heater with a new 40g Bradford White, installing a Flow-Tech “water softener” system, setting a new toilet, installing a rainfall shower head and faucets. Consistently, the workers have done a great job protecting my floors

I’ve used them in the past for smaller projects which they’ve always done really well. Needed a new water heater and went with the tankless alternative and pierside knocked it out of the park.
