Cody was promt and informative to fix our tankless water heater. The prior installer would take numerous days to schedule an appointment.
Hey guys! I had a issue with my tankless water heater and Cody came out on time and was super friendly. Even got the problem fixed fir cheaper than I was quoted. I'm a single mother and was a little skeptical when I found Resolved Home Service's and seeing some negative reviews. I was Impressed with the fact they respond to each review. I wound up trusting my Instincts and gave them a shot. I spoke to Zach there (GM) and he was extremely professional and genuinely seemed like he cared about helping me . He sent out his technician Travis and fixed the issue in my shower right away . He gave me a few different options to choose from, which was also a plus because I didn't like the first option so it was nice to be able to shop right then and there. I would definitely call these guys again. Ask for Zach and if your lucky you'll get Travis as your technician. Service: Shower repair
