We were very pleased with the service. We had an emergency drain clog, on Father's Day and Roto-Rooter came out within an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and located the clog. We even gave us a discount on the service. Pretty great for a Father's Day service call. Service: Drain cleaning
I needed to have my toilet unclogged and a technician came at 10:15 pm and quickly made the repair. His price was also less expensive than other companies that I called. I will definitely use them again if necessary.
Elias (the plumber) arrived in a timely manner. He was polite & friendly, gave me the quote & quickly got to work. I had a leaky shower water/temp control that I had tried to replace myself but the top of the retainer nut broke off & the rest was frozen in place by hard water mineral deposits. Elias was able to remove it, then he cleaned out the built up minerals from inside the pipe & installed the replacement parts I had already bought. All in all, I would be happy to call on Elias & Roto-rooter if I have any future issues/projects that need a professional. Service: Shower repair
