I had a plumbing issue and when I called the company they sent someone out within an hour. Miguel did a great job communicating all the details of the job. He was patient when I had to handle the insurance on the phone. He was informative about the work to be done and even added some suggestions for the future.
Our second AC went out and Ruben took the time to get to the root of the problem to ensure future issues with the unit would not occur. He even took the time to walk me through what was happening during the diagnostic process. I appreciated his professionalism, transparency and rational for his repair recommendations. He even offered to come back and personally check on our AC units, as well as perform our yearly maintenance at that time.
