Fantastic service! My AC unit went down on a Saturday. 106° that day. They had a tech here within the hour. Very professionally. He went over everything with me in detail. Once he diagnosed the issue he brought the part to me and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have the right size component with him but he did have one that got us through the weekend. He said they'd be back on Monday with the right part. A tech showed up Monday afternoon. Installed the right part no extra fees. Highly recommend Granger. Reasonably priced emergency service. Both tech's very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again. A+++
