We had some workers installing wood floors and they nailed into an electrical line between two plugs. It took a while to figure out and they covered all of the bases to make sure that was the only issue. Cody was constructive and open with what he was doing. He made sure I understood what was going on.
Ethan was professional and transparent. He took his time to explain the issue, his recommendations, and what options we had to move forward. We ultimately decided on a new system which is schedule for install in the morning. thrilled with this company so far.
