Acme Heating & Air Conditioning

They put in a new system. They said if I wanted to get the warranty I would have to have them come out every year. So they came out turn on the heater and that's it. They brought a filter out wrong one. I ask them what size is it. He was not for sure. So I call the company they finally called back they told me to measure it myself. What I'm I paying them for? The filter in there was cut to make it work! Service: Repair HVAC

Adam was fabulous! He accurately accessed the issues with my wall heater and throughly inspected every aspect including the condition of the ventilation on top of the roof. He pointed out the specific areas that were cracked and/or deteriorated and explained our options. No attempts at up selling , no pressure what so ever. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Their dispatcher was equally professional and confirmed our appt the day prior. She also called to advise that their technician had finished his previous job sooner than expected and could arrive 30 minutes earlier if convenient for us! Their service call fee is half the rate of other companies and was waived/applied if we choose to have them do the job. I highly recommend this company and fine their entire manner of conducting their business outstanding.

They came out to analyze a problem and left saying they did not know what was the problem. They claim they did not have the pin to a thermostat and did not look at anything else They charged $109 for that and the manager would not budge.
