Beware!!! I really don't want to leave a bad review because I have used this company for years but the service was really really awful and it had been good for many many years. Not sure if there is New Management in place, but it sure seems like it. The supervisor that I spoke to who I think was also the one that came out to see what the problem was, was really rude, unprofessional, argumentative and seemed like he really didn't want to be bothered with the small homeowner if we didn't get their $9,000 brand new system. What really bothers me though is that it was a supervisor that came out and he never looked at nor diagnosed the problem that I called him out there to look at and when I was trying to talk to him to see if he would come back out so he could at least look at what I called him out there for, he tried to overcharge me for that visit too. I would like to start by saying that I have never written a negative review in my entire life. I had acme come out for a diagnosis of my wall furnace. After they came out, I began having a new issue that I never had before. When I called the office to let them know about the new issue, I was met with a very rude and combative woman who basically told me I was a liar and would not take any responsibility for anything. She was extremely unpleasant and now I have to get the issue that they caused repaired. I would not recommend anyone use Acme Heating, I've never spoken with a more unprofessional customer service rep in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
