Roto Rooter were great! I called about my bathroom sink problem and a plumber was at my home within the hour and fixed the problem. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I will use them again ???? Service: Drain cleaning
Our toilet and shower were clogged. Called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out within the hour. Francisco showed up and was very courteous and knowledgeable. We felt taken care of. I had a leaky sink which I was pretty was a pipe issue. The Roto-Rooter plumber was kind and courteous. About 90% of the time he was assisting was processing invoice and getting pricing information. The visit in total was just over an hour. The work itself was 15 minutes. Unfortunately, he told me this was a flat rate job. The cost? $412. This seemed an excessive cost for 15 minutes and some pvc pipes. In looking at home depot, the pvc pipe should've cost me less than $20. I cannot recommend this company to people with tight wallets. Its my fault for accepting to pay. My advice is check Youtube, some things you can work yourself.
