Our 20 year old heater suddenly stopped working and we called in to ask for help. we are very glad to get an appointment on the same day so we have heat at night. The technician came and diagnosed the issue with the motor and replaced it efficiently. later he also identified an issue with the control board and fix it as well. Robert and his team installed a whole new A/C and furnace in our rental property. I'm really picky about quality and service and these days, great service is pretty rare. However, the Irvine Air Conditioning team did a fantastic job. They were on time, price was fair and Robert was so accommodating! He and the team worked diligently on a hot/humid day to make sure that the new system was up and running ASAP so my tenant wouldn't have to suffer so much. Communication is stellar, and response time is almost immediate ... prices are very reasonable, and advice is honest and proactive. The professionalism and attention to detail - the quick pace of work is really amazing and refreshing.
