Our 20 year old heater suddenly stopped working and we called in to ask for help. we are very glad to get an appointment on the same day so we have heat at night. The technician came and diagnosed the issue with the motor and replaced it efficiently. later he also identified an issue with the control board and fix it as well. Alex from Irvine AC & Refrigeration did a fantastic job and fixed the AC for us. He was able to identify the issue immediately after coming in. Unfortunately he's not able to find a compatible fan motor in the nearby stores for replacement, but he drove to another city during the rush hour to find the part, and managed to finish the job by working late hours. he also cleaned the condenser coil, added Freon, and replaced disconnect box. We were fortunate to have Alex come in and he fixed all the issues with our AC on the same day during the hot summer. He's easy-going and professional. Highly recommended!
