Nova Plumbing

I hardly write online. However, I am tempted to leave this review about Nova Plumbing. We had leaking situation under the sink, and Hasan was the only plumber who answered my call directly. Calls to others were met with receptionists who tried to schedule plumber’s visits at some other day. Since I could explain our problem to an actual plumber and he could come to our home in matter of hours, I arranged his service. Once he arrived at our home, I found out he is intelligent and very sincere professional. He is not part of some big company, He looks like an expert who is trying to build up his own reputation and business. He provided a clean job on our disposal replacement and went further to answer clearly and solve our other plumbing issues without extra charge. I wish best of luck to Hasan and his company. We had a pipe crack and leakage in the first floor. Hasan was systematically verify the issue and identify the problem. He explained me the solution and fixed it.
