Water Heater Installation. I called Sam at 2pm today and he answered his phone line. This was very important. Sam and his team purchased the water heater and accessories. They installed the new water heater and disposed of the old water heater after draining it. Everything was completed this afternoon! Prompt, professional, and fair prices. Failed to provide an invoice detailing costs and work to be done prior to starting his work. Claimed the circuit board that needed to be replaced did not have a warranty because it was electronic. The red flags continued to mount. Finally had to stop payment on the check I wrote to ensure I would get the requisite paperwork. Informed him I would issue a new check when the documents were provided. He showed up, unannounced and in a huff. He went so far as to trespass by walking in to my backyard in what I can only assume was an attempt to locate me and get his hands on the new check. Still debating whether or not to file a criminal complaint. If zero stars were an option, he would certainly qualify. Service: Repair HVAC

I called Sam to get an estimate to paint my house. Sam was so nice and professional. He came over to my house that day and I had the proposal the following day. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. He updated our proposal and went to buy supply’s to get it done for us right away. I really appreciated his honestly and transparency. He even showed us how much he bought the faucet for and only charged for labor. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and have recommended him to our friends and family.
