Had a clogged drain . Told me I need a coil and pan and 12 lbs of Freon . Never opened the coil panel! 3000$ the tape to panel was still in tact! 150 per lb for Freon!! Had my handyman clear drain in 5 minutes.. DO NOT USE this company!!!!!!
I was referred to Starlight by my neighbor. Tech they sent out Vitalii was awesome, clearly knowledgeable guy. My heater is old and he explained that repairs wold be pricey plus who knows how much longer my 30+ yo unit would last. I ended up replacing my whole heating and ac system. Installation took a day, they got rid of the old system and were very neat with the installation. I will be definitely recommending them to my other neighbors and friends. Very unprofessional. They were assigned by my home insurance and man save your time and do not pursue with them. The what so called manager is unprofessional and irresponsible. If you try to ask them more information his response was "I will not answer hypothetical questions" . Bottom line, save your precious time and pursue with other professionals in the area.
