Todd Landress and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. Our building manager carefully researched and interviewed multiple companies. Raindance made a lot of promises, but in the end they exceeded all of them. Some highlights include replacing 80% of the wood, providing high quality shingling, replacing vents and capping old ones, daily clean-up of worksite for a 5 day project, detailed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance, and removal/proper disposal of old materials no longer needed. All this for fair and competitive pricing. Special thanks to Todd and Will, who worked as foreman. We’re very pleased with their hard work and the final product.
