We purchased a Noritz Tankless water heater with a TacoGenie pump and couldn't be more pleased with the service, price and professionalism of Rene and his team. Art was an excellent installer. I have dealt with plumbers, and builders for the last 10 years and have never had a problem. This was my first negative experience and I will say I was surprised at the level of rudeness from the lady that answered the phone. She yelled and hung up the phone when I was requesting their services. I asked for the price for a water heater installation and she yelled and hung up. I called back thinking we were disconnected by accident and she hung up again. I would not recommend this plumbing company to anyone. There are dozens of plumbers in the area and I’m surprised they would treat a potential customer that way.
