STAY AWAY - warranty company sent THIS AWFUL INCOMPETENT PLUMBER - They were unable to fix toilet problem - also said they were also ordering a part for a leaky shower and would get in a week - never ordered and when i called said just get another company - we can't get . Never even a phone call telling me it wasn't ordered. susan for customer tried to help but just said - i agree with you but nothing I can do!! Also tried to charge me additional 350.00. Got handyman in and he fixed in 1 minute for 50.00 Services: Pool plumbing repair, Plumbing leak repair

sent by home warranty company and not able to clean up the clogs and report to home warranty saying not access to clean ups and ended up not covered. what's point to have plumber to come over for $75 dollars for nothing. It only cost 135 dollars to fix everything from a professional plumber.

I cannot go a day without giving high praise to this company and it's owner, Ralph! I am a first time home owner and have had some annoying plumbing issues. After dealing with some other plumbers who have been terrible and dishonest with my home warranty, I am SO glad they finally sent me a REAL plumber who knows his stuff! I will keep A Plus plumbing on my phone contacts and request them from now on! I have found my go to plumber! Honestly, if you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind, honest and respectful plumber, Ralph is your man! While he was here his phone was buzzing off the hook and every single call or text he answered with respect and was never rude or condescending. If we were in the middle of a conversation he excused himself and quickly replied to whoever was calling or texting. That's great customer loyalty and respect.
