Aladdin's Plumbing

This review is a little late but I would highly recommend Aladdin for any plumbing needs.. They are reasonable, friendly and the office staff is very accommodating. They repiped our house after a slab leak and I have used them prior and after that for all my issues. Thanks to Emily that works the schedule, to Jeremy and Aladdin himself.. Great job all around.

Unfortunately I have had many issues with my plumbing at my home. Fortunately I had Aladdin help me out for all the work that I needed. Whether it is the main boss man himself doing the work or one of his capable technicians I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. My first experience was for a leak in my wall. The technician they sent out not only fixed quickly but went out of his way to explain to me how it occurred and left my home in better condition than before. Most recently my home had a slab leak and I contracted Aladdin to do the entire re-route of water lines in my home. It was not an easy job but they did what was promised and I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. I had a lot of water damage related to this slab leak and Aladdin referred me to Erich (from A#1 Emergency Service, please also see my review on them). I was very grateful to Aladdin for this as I was able to get my home fixed and back to normal in a timely manner after a re-route and water damage,

Horrible Customer Service/Dispatch!!! Had an appointment through American Home Shield Warranty. Alladin's Plumbing dispatch lady confirmed my appointment for Thursday, Oct 18th between 8am - 9am. After the phone call, she sent dispatch confirmation text for Wednesday, Oct 17th. I called back right away and have her correct the date. Today, the appointment day - Thursday, Oct 18, I took a day off to get this water heater fixed/replaced. Surely, no plumber showed up. Called their office, was on hold and the dispatch lady picked up and told me that the technician called in sick. When will they notify the customer about it? It was 9:15am when I called. I should at least get a call within my waiting window or even earlier if most possible. I wasted my time off for nothing. In the service industry, this unacceptable! Very poor customer service!!!
