Called them, and told them what, needed to be done, technician came, hex screw strip, wouldn't do any work to stop the leak. Instead ended up paying the diagnostic fee, of $231, Don't hire any company if there's a diagnostic fee, personally, it's a rip off. Paid for them to come look, and ended paying for nothing done. Folks need to fight back, on this fee. Wouldn't even give me a break when, I called them. Instead they wanted $1,800 to put a new valve, fine print stated, they would not be responsible, for any damages done to your tile, walls etc. Folks do your homework, on this outfits you hire, counter their scope of work, and what has to be done. Good luck, on any repairs you need.
My mom's water heater stopped & flooded her garage. She is 98 & took cold showers for 2 days before she called me. Top Service Plumbing sent a workman out by 9am & he was there until 9pm getting the job DONE!! Excellent work & service! Very happy with this company! Service: Water heater installation
8/4/2022 UPDATE: We had it fixed with another company for $325 which is what most reputable companies charge. UPDATE: Spoke with one of the managers and after a long back and forth, they refunded the $129 back. They did say The the standard charge to get a garbage disposal replaced is $695, I still think they need to evaluate their charges if they are going to stay in business Igor the long haul. I still wouldn’t recommend them, but I appreciate the refund back. This was my experience, We called them for a garbage disposal fix and they refused to quote us over the phone. They told us that it would be $129 service charge to come out and look at it. We have used services before we had to pay upfront and have used their services and being a local business owner, we understand the process. They came out and quoted us $700 for a garbage disposal fix, i’ve done at least 30 of these myself flipping homes, but am unable to do that now due to a spinal injury. $700!!!
