My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump. They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking. I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. Complete Comfort helped us when we really needed it!! Our a/c went out (of course during a heat wave) and we called Complete Comfort because they’re not far from us and have raving reviews. Now I see why! We briefly spoke with Chris who was very kind and professional and Mauricio was the technician who showed up to fix our a/c. I work from home, but Mauricio kept quiet while he was working to fix our capacitor, and he also was a lot quicker than I thought! Myself, my husband, and our animals are all super happy. Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend.
