Mauricio did an excellent job! Although it was just an evaluation, he took his time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. He dedicated over 2 hours inspecting every aspect, leaving no stone unturned. We have complete confidence in the issues he discovered, especially since he provided plenty of supporting pictures. Our first experience with Complete Comfort has been outstanding, and we eagerly look forward to working with them again.

Great experience! I usually feel uncomfortable when repair technicians come over while my husband isn't home. However, the technician they sent, Mauricio, was exceptionally nice and professional! He conducted a comprehensive check of our entire AC unit. I recommend their services, without a doubt.
