South County Roofing

Brian from South County Roofing was outstanding. We needed a roof inspection for a home we are in escrow to purchase. Brian came out within a couple days and did a thorough roof inspection, complete with a full report. Even after seeing the report, I had additional questions. Initially, we tried to address my concerns about the roof through e-mail, but when it seemed that e-mail communication was not working well enough, he picked up the phone and called me to discuss my questions about the roof and to give me more detail about it's condition. He did not appear hesitant at all or charge for that additional time assuaging my concerns. He genuinely appeared to want me to have a good understanding of the issues, and it felt like he was patient and willing to take as much time as was needed to help me understand the roof condition after his inspection!

This is a great company. I had a roof leak which stained the ceiling drywall in the garage. I contacted South County Roofing and they sent Jesse out to give me an estimate. I decided to use them and I am very pleased that I did. Jesse is a real nice guy who communicates very well. He showed up on time this morning, removed the tiles and felt paper, showed me where the problem was, and fixed it. Jesse really knows what he is doing. He is not only a very skilled roofer, but someone you can trust. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another roof problem. Service: Roof repair

Jesse came out and gave us an estimate. They were a little higher than the other quotes but did all the repairs and also fixed some tiles on the other side of the house. Gave us our quote quickly and started work within the week. They also realigned our gutters and repaired flashing around the chimney. They were diligent about getting the work done properly and came out when it was so hot. They forgot to hook back the Dish cable (which we currently don’t use) but came back the day after we notified them. Impressed he came out on a Saturday! Also made sure all the eaves were sealed near the stucco. First rate work. We just had rain so I was very happy it all got done before this summer rain. Thank you to everyone at South County Roofing from Jesse to the office staff to those workers who meticulously cleaned up every day before they left. You did an excellent job.
