Brian from South County Roofing was outstanding. We needed a roof inspection for a home we are in escrow to purchase. Brian came out within a couple days and did a thorough roof inspection, complete with a full report. Even after seeing the report, I had additional questions. Initially, we tried to address my concerns about the roof through e-mail, but when it seemed that e-mail communication was not working well enough, he picked up the phone and called me to discuss my questions about the roof and to give me more detail about it's condition. He did not appear hesitant at all or charge for that additional time assuaging my concerns. He genuinely appeared to want me to have a good understanding of the issues, and it felt like he was patient and willing to take as much time as was needed to help me understand the roof condition after his inspection!

Brian and his team were very professional and worked hard at repairing my roof. I appreciate that they were honest and did not try to steer me into a new roof when there were many years left in my existing roof. (My existing roof had a 50-year warranty that we had only had 23 years but the company was no longer in business.) Thank you so much So. County Roofing for a job well done. I found Brian on the web through some videos of his work here in California. By far the most extensive knowledge in the roofing business, especially with roof tile applications. Brian has a crew of trusted team members in the field who can assess problems to troubleshoot any issue you may have. My house was built in 1977 so I needed someone to come out and look at my fascia/eaves in the front of my house. The area needing repair was on the valley jack, so not an easy area to address.
