I found Brian on the web through some videos of his work here in California. By far the most extensive knowledge in the roofing business, especially with roof tile applications. Brian has a crew of trusted team members in the field who can assess problems to troubleshoot any issue you may have. My house was built in 1977 so I needed someone to come out and look at my fascia/eaves in the front of my house. The area needing repair was on the valley jack, so not an easy area to address. My neighbor had used this company the previous year and I was very impressed with their detailed workmanship and care they showed to both our properties. After my roof developed a leak during our recent storms, I did not hesitate to call Brian, an owner. Within 24 hours Brian returned my call and a date was scheduled for William to inspect my roof. William was awesome to work with throughout the entire repair process. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and provided me with repair options. William and Javier showed up on time each day and took great care to minimize further damaging my roof. Throughout the process William sent me photos of the damaged roof that reenforced his initial repair estimate. I knew the estimate was reasonable and fair. Jesse came out and gave us an estimate. They were a little higher than the other quotes but did all the repairs and also fixed some tiles on the other side of the house. Gave us our quote quickly and started work within the week. They also realigned our gutters and repaired flashing around the chimney. They were diligent about getting the work done properly and came out when it was so hot. They forgot to hook back the Dish cable (which we currently don’t use) but came back the day after we notified them. Impressed he came out on a Saturday! Also made sure all the eaves were sealed near the stucco. First rate work. We just had rain so I was very happy it all got done before this summer rain.
