Affordable Air & Heating

We got back from vacation on Sunday to a non-op ac compressor fan. I've dealt with Affordable Air before for my rental and was surprised they were working on Sunday. I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 10 and 1. Anthony showed up around 11 while I was at work so my wife dealt with him. He said it could be the capacitor ($350) or the fan ($900). He said that if the capacitor didn't fix it, we wouldn't be charged if we fixed the fan. Thankfully it was the cap and my ac was back operational. Total visit time was less than an hour and he was professional and clean looking unlike a tech from another company we used in the past. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue, was able to quickly repair our thermostat and get the air conditioner working again. He also gave me some other great suggestions on how to keep our house cooler. Affordable A&H was super responsive. They scheduled us within 24 hours, and our technician Sean was great! He gave detailed explanation of the problem and gave us various options to repair our AC unit. Sean had us nice and cool again within 24 hours.
