Richard came to look at are unit awhile back and I recommend Air supply anytime . He was so polite and real funny. I have had different people from another company and they were rude and did not explain the problem Richard took time to sit down and explain why my cooler wasn’t circulating and he had no problems with answering my questions he was a real nice guy. He was fast and knew what was wrong right away and I haven’t had any further problems since then . Thank you air supply keep up the good work.

Called for an evening appointment. The technician was supposed to be here at 7pm. 7 30 comes around and he's not here. No phone call, nothing. We try calling, same number we called earlier to set up appointment, a lady answered and said we have the wrong number (called on a cell phone, so it wasnt mis dialed), looked up the number anyway, it was the correct number, but there was an 800 number online as well. Called that number, wrong number. There was also a Palmdale number, it went to an answering machine. Not helpful. Meanwhile, it's getting later and colder. Still no courtesy call, so we called someone else. 8pm comes, a guy from Air Supply shows up and my husband tells him that he was supposed to be here and hour ago and that we tried calling, so we called someone else. His reply "Thanks for canceling!" Seriously! My husband explained that ty he numbers were incorrect and that he was an hour late. So bad customer service, and unable to get ahold of after hours.
