Hermes was very professional, friendly and polite. He explained everything in a way that helped us understand what all was involved. We needed a part replaced and he called until he was able to find it. It was delivered to the house in 30 minutes. After completing the installation of the parts, he made sure the system worked properly. Hermes then explained very clearly how the new thermostat worked. The office personal was also very courteous, professional, and helpful. Yes, we will use this company again. If we can request Hermes as the technician, we will! from start to finish, I was completely satisfied by the methodical approach that alan took to break down everything and gave me a realistic picture of what my system really was--very professional and always left the decisions up to me. I a glad I need work done as I want Alan to come back and do it for us. I have been in the valley for 37 years and now I know who I go to for my HVAC issues. The tech (Melvin) was very knowledgeable and respectful. I felt bad for him because he was working on the AC unit outside and I had forgot to trim the rose bushes next to the unit. He did not complain but I did trim the roses so he wasn’t getting cut by the thorns. He said “thank you for trimming the bushes but you didn’t have to do that”. Ultimately a very good and hard worker.
