If I can give them zero starts I would. They came out to change our garbage disposal on 6/8, we just moved to Palmdale from the SFV. Found these guys online because of their 5 star reviews (unbelievable). They came out and told us it would $735 for installing a new garbage disposal. Yes $735 to install a garbage disposal (I’m in real estate and when I told I was charged $735 for a garbage disposal to realtor friends and inspectors everyone was shocked). His excuse, our disposal is a bigger model. The Mickey Mouse receipt is not itemized, so I can’t tell how much they paid for the disposal and what they charged for labor. We were desperate so we agreed to pay the full amount. A few days later the new garbage disposal had some issues, I called and they told me they’re not available until Monday 6/19/2023. They never showed up on Monday, I sent them a text on Monday to confirm the appointment no response. They give you a 3 year workmanship warranty but they ignore when there’s something

They were professional, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I understood what the service did and the warranty on it. We also discussed other things that could be done for another issue I was having, and they let me know there were payment plans options in case I needed them. Very kind. I will like to thank Julio and his manager along with the hard working crew that made a major repair on our property. They installed a new sewer line in a few days and patch cement that was exposed in order to fix the pipes. They were very easy to work with and explain all the process from the beginning to end. The price was reasonable and so far no issues. They also help with some paper work for our home insurance which at the end I was reimbursed if all the work. If you need a good job,great price and honest. Don’t hesitate to call this guys. Again thank you for all the hard work.
