I called a few companies for service and Econo West was the only one who was professional enough to return my call right away. Their specialist Angel was on time, very honest and professional. I will highly recommend them.

The tech Frank was very knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond helpful. He right away changed the part and had the air conditioner working in no time. They gave me a time of arrival and they actually called me before the time scheduled which I was happy about because it was getting very hot and the air conditioner was out all night. I would definitely recommend them.

Angel and his assistant were professional, polite and effective. They arrived on time and obtained clarification of the problem, as I understood it. They began their inspection of the AC equipment and they discussed their trouble-shooting objectives throughout the process. They explained the different resolution-options and suggested steps that could be taken to correct the issue.
