Econo West Air was not able to make the necessary repairs or diagnose my tankless water heater. However, I would definitely give them 4 1/2 to 5 stars because I have used them over the years and I find that they offer a excellent service and excellent customer service and their prices are reasonable.
My heater blew up and made my eye browse curly . We had been cold for days before we called Dave at Econo West. Dave came out very quick and and gave us a really good deal. With in the hour his guys were there and started removal of the old crappy unit. it was a little harder and took more time but the price remained and by the afternoon we were up and running. my girls were happy and the whole family was warm, Econo's guys were very professional and answered all our questions. We will call Econo for any heating and air problems from now on thank you thank you Econo West Daryl Adams and family
They came quickly to fix our power outage on our air conditioner and thermostat. They were magnificent service professionals and they installed a Nest Learning Thermostat at my request. The fees were very friendly too. Great do business with.
