I called this plumber from the Neighborhood app. He rushed over and left and told me to call him to set up an appointment for an inspection. It sounded good. I called left a message but no follow up or return call. I guess with the Pandemic he doesn't need my business. Not in the practice of begging folks to take my money. I moved on consequently.
Jackson said he would be at my home at 8am, didn't show till 1pm. Dropped off his hired flunky to do all the work and left for 4 hours. By the time he got back it was dark and they worked hurriedly in the dark. They were hired to put drains in my yard.The first rain my drains collapsed and my house flooded, again. Never hire these liars and thieves. We are taking them to court.
We have a home warranty company. Our water heater went out on Sunday and we filed a claim on Sunday. We called and left a message on Sunday and a phone call was returned first thing Monday morning. At this point we do not have hot water. They stated that the earliest they could come out was Wednesday 9-11 and that was just to diagnose the problem. I called our warranty company and they called Jackson Plumbing and got an earlier appointment, after I had already asked. They came out last night, spent 10 minutes there and stated that the water heater needed to be replaced. I received a call today from the warrant company telling me that it was going to cost an additional $720 on top of the $34.99 a month I pay and the $100 that was already given to the company. They explained that it was for things that was needed to be bring the water heater up to code and a permit.
