My service was prompt, efficient and professional. When I needed the system to be checked they again where prompt and explained everything to me. I so appreciated the guys fixing our system asap as it was a heatwave and family was arriving from MN and AK. Two months ago our AC unit broke down and 9 month pregnant; due any day. I began calling every heating and cooling company here in AV and booked appointments one after another for 3 days straight. Honestly, working with Fernando and his team was the best decision. He answered every question and concern politely & courteously. This gentleman has extensive knowledge and experience. They did a full replacement, relocated the AC unit from our back yard to one side of our home and all of this was accomplished within that same week. We received every update via text though a service software which was pretty cool. Fernando was the first man to arrive, checking our AC unit on what it needed and did the last inspection when everything was completed. Also, our power outlets stopped working from our bathrooms and he was very kind to have them checked by an electrician at no charge. The whole team went far and beyond our expectation.
