So my capacitor went out and Johnny was able to help me out very quickly and efficiently with what I needed to fix the issue. He was also very helpful explaining what happens when they go out and what to look for when they do. Basically troubleshooting. He's a great asset to Pennies and represents the company very well. Thanks again Johnny! I'll definitely recommend when hvac issues come up.
