Raquel and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and overall they have the best customer service skills out of all the wholesalers in the area. Raquel always goes above and beyond to make sure that our orders are accurate. Raquel has even bailed us out a few times by bringing us materials/parts after hours and on weekends!

Customer service is Great, the employees are very knowledgeable about their equipment and parts. Plenty of equipment unlike other companies right now during these hard times through this pandemic. Raquel the store manager is also making sure the line is moving along and everybody’s getting in and out of there quickly unlike the other supply houses that are taking hours to get to people out of there.
