We contracted with Ray (DTS) to do a number of repairs at a rental property. Ray was very professional. He kept us informed throughout the process. Some of the repairs he did were to reseal the walk-in shower base, replaced 2-bathroom sink pop-ups & drains, shut-off valve, hoses etc. replaced the laundry faucet & washer hook ups, resealed the base & wax on a toilet, replaced the kitchen exhaust duct work and above stove hood, replaced the bathroom shower door, installed utility sink in garage and installed the roof ridge caps on roof. The repairs were excellent. I highly recommend DTS if you are looking for a trustworthy individual to do any work for you. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and knows how to do almost everything around the house - from mending a fence, to installing a screen door, to fixing a broken refrigerator! Today he mended our entire fence in one day and it looks amazing. He even gave us some tips on how to paint it! We hired DTS General Services to install a kitchen sink at our house. Called on a Saturday afternoon and asked for first available appointment. They gave us 8 am appointment the next day! “Ray” was the professional who did the job and he was outstanding. He showed up 15 minutes early (yay!) and was fast, efficient, and courteous. The steel sink needed an additional hole drilled for the “air gap,” so Ray drilled the hole and it came out perfect, like it was factory done. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with Ray’s work. Price was very competitive and fair. You get what you pay for so we didn’t mind paying a little more…but Ray was still $150 less than another bid. Highly recommend and ask for Ray!
