They kept me informed of progress throughout and always asked if there were issues or options that arose through the course of the job. Finished in the allotted time. Very happy with the end result. Terrible service!!! I had them come to give me an estimate on my garage door. When the person gave me a ridiculous estimate, I asked him what exactly he would do. He indicated I did not need to understand the technicalities, only to know it would be repaired. At that point, I should have asked him to leave. But The response took me off-guard so I explained why I was going to compare when I received other estimates. Based on his response and other estimates I received (with explanations),, he didn’t even know what was wrong with the garage door. My rule – never hire someone that can’t explain what the payment will cover. Show them the way to the door!

I am so happy to have found Ray and his crew. They were prompt, extremely professional, and cared about the safety of our home. We hired them to move and replace a light fixture in our bathroom and they found some live wiring that was jammed into the wall from the previous owners. They made sure to do it right, and consulted with us regarding any pricing changes! We are now excited to work with them again for all upgrades at our home.
