Bay City Electric Works

This company needs to get their act together. They regularly fail to ship parts when you order them, fail to return calls and then when you call them out on their terrible service they threaten you because they know you have no other options. I have lost customers because of them and after all of this I am still hesitant to leave this review because of what the consequences may be based on what I've experienced, which is just crazy to me!!

Fast-paced generator shop. All team members are always helping each other.
