Jay is the owner of Bradford cleaning and air. My experience with this company has been excellent. He is very professional. He showed up on time and his work is exemplary. He worked on our air conditioner and saved us approximately 10k. He also worked on air vent cleaning and dryer event cleaning. I would recommend him without any hesitation. His prices are lower than the other companies I spoke with. Jay takes great pride in a job well done. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. people were very nice and helpful. Sadly the problem was not completely solved. I found the problem at the air-condition tubing entering the house.there was a small gap. that is where the rodent had got in.Christina was very helpful. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Our furnace needed repair around the holidays and Bradford Air & Heating came out and quickly determined that we needed a new control panel. Unfortunately, the part was difficult to locate, but once they found and received the part the installation was quick. Jay, the serviceman, is very professional, reliable, personable and trustworthy. About 8 days after the repair, the air was not heating, it only would circulate room temperature air. Jay came out promptly, found some small issues that needed further maintenance and cleaning.
