We highly recommend P.R.I. Premiere Roofing. From bid through completion Aggy and his team did a great job. We got three bids and P.R.I. Premiere's was very competitive We had the added complexity of replacing a very large skylight. We tried to work directly with skylight companies, and their bids for strictly the fabrication of the skylight were extremely high. Aggy took on the job and not only do we have a new roof, but the skylight is beautiful. Throughout the process the company was responsive, clear in it's scope of work, and billing. I needed a new roof and received 5 proposals before I settled with PRI. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive one, but they were the one with the most information on their proposal. The proposal had the brand and specification of everything they put on my roof, including shingles, underlayment, starter, vents, and more. They use quality stuff. Workmanship and roof-leak warranty also beat others. Thanks to the team, especially Aggy who was like a program manager, I was well informed and updated during the whole process. I asked a lot of questions, and Aggy answered them all with details and respect. They have a team of 5-6 people to work on my roof. It took them 5 straight days to complete the re-roofing (the last day was mainly city inspection and taking drone pictures). Every day they cleaned up my yard well and provided me updates.
