Shane was on time, very professional, explained everything completely and answered all my questions on the first visit when he diagnosed my heater's problem. When he and, I believe Ian, came to do the work, they were again on time, very pleasant and polite, and even installed a doorknob that I had broken the night before, that was closest to the ceiling entry to the attic. When the work was complete, they completely cleaned up and again answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating/ A/C work. Service: Heating system installation
