Electrical Work Any

Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend Patrick or this company to anyone. I called Electrical Work Any based on the reviews when I had an electrical issue at my rental in Long Beach. Patrick was very responsive and did a quick repair to address the issue. However, when the problem arose again not too long after that and it turned out to be a bigger issue (having to trench under the concrete to fix underground conduit to the garage) is when things took a turn for the worse. First, I scheduled a time to meet with Patrick. I drove all the way from Orange County, was there at the designated time, but Patrick didn't show up. He ended up going to the property on his own, and gave me a verbal explanation of what he would do and the cost. When I asked for a written quote, he refused. When I requested something in writing as to what he would do and the associated cost so we were on the same page, he finally sent me a text with general information. I should have been suspect a

I called Patrick because a couple of outlets and light switches were not working in the garage. He arrived as scheduled, on time, and after a short inspection was able to isolate the issue as a problem with wiring connections between the house and the garage. After having to use more materials than he expected, he still charged me a little less than his original estimate. We called Electrical Work Any at 7:30AM in a panic : we had a smoking exterior wall outlet that was shorting out the garage power. This guy was there by 8:30AM with the parts, expertise and calming demeanor. He was done by 9:30, as he estimated. And it was raining. We would call Electrical Work Any again, and earlier.
