My shower pipe broke for the second time this year over the weekend and needed immediate service, called GM Plumbing and spoke to Phillip who assured me that he was going to send someone right away which he did! The plumber was extremely friendly, professional and very informative my shower was fixed flawlessly, apparently the my previous plumber (who I will no longer be calling) installed it very poorly and the price was very reasonable. As someone who works for customer service I immediately pay attention from the call to the end of the service and this plumbing company met all my expectations. Will definitely be using GM Plumbing as my forever plumber.

Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours. They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.
