Enrique is absolutely, knowledgeable, professional, respectful and fast. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed my Navien tankless water heater. We now have hot water! He also was able to recommend additional preventative maintenance for my system! Which I know needs to be done. But, I will employ Enrique of Monkey Wrench to do the job and no other plumbing company. Service: Water tank installation
Sean was a fantastic technician. He’s very competent and conducts himself very professionally. Sean took time to explain everything in terms my office staff could appreciate and understand. First rate job by Monkey Wrench and Sean!!
I had to have another plumber repair an unfinished job. The next day my pipe was busted. I was very disappointed and I gave the tech a very good review the same day he did the work. He was very kind.. The work was over priced, but I was desperate at the time of service.
