I had to have another plumber repair an unfinished job. The next day my pipe was busted. I was very disappointed and I gave the tech a very good review the same day he did the work. He was very kind.. The work was over priced, but I was desperate at the time of service.
Enrique is absolutely, knowledgeable, professional, respectful and fast. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed my Navien tankless water heater. We now have hot water! He also was able to recommend additional preventative maintenance for my system! Which I know needs to be done. But, I will employ Enrique of Monkey Wrench to do the job and no other plumbing company. Service: Water tank installation
Luis was incredibly helpful. He didn’t try to oversell me on anything, he just laid out what was working well and what might need attention soon and how to best address it.
