He gave us all our options for repairing/replacing our system, made recommendations and then gave us time to consider our choices. He was extremely responsive to our needs. I had an outage in my A/C unit and it was very hot outside like over 108 degrees and hotter inside the house. It was a Sunday afternoon witch is very hard to get someone to fixed your A/C unit. Kendrick's was very responsive and professional. They came out and fixed my A/C within a couple of hours. I just recently have Kendrick services. my annual A/C tune up was due and they came out and did a fantastic job. The Tech was very professional on time and accurate. We reached out to Kendrick for some changes we wanted made to the zones in the HVAC system. Jordon was so helpful and not only provided a quote for what we asked for but also educated us about what a heating pump is and the benefits to moving to that at some point. He included a quote for that as well. He is professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. We found his knowledge and service to be exceptional. Working w/Cristina on the customer support side in setting up the appointment and rescheduling was also exceptional. Very glad to find Kendrick and look forward to doing business w/them.
