Two stars for a completed job, friendly interactions with the owner, but a clumsy process that did not eliminate all of the leaking. During the process of replacing the chimney cap, the rains came and their tarp solution caused new leaking that we didn’t have before causing new water damage. Their solution was to send a remediation company to tell us how much it would cost to repair. They did offer to further explore the original leaking issue with a more costly and involved process, but I just didn’t have the confidence in their ability to diagnose the problem.

I had a whole new roof on which subsequently leaked the next rainy season. Art refused to take responsibility for the damage or repair the leak because he said it was a problem with the stucco. My house contractor tested the leak and found that the leak was indeed from the new roof. He had his roofer repair the ROOF and now there is no leak. It’s rained many times since. As far as I’m concerned, Art owes me $2000.
