Follow up? What follow up? Called after a storm damaged a client's roof on January 29, Art came out January 30, and in spite of 3 promises WE STILL DON'T HAVE AN ESTIMATE!!! This is NOT how to make and/or keep customers...
Art Mendoza, an excellent representative for Accurate Roofing! An excellent company. They really value their customers and they are very good to their customers. I'm very satisfied with their work and plan to work with him on any roofing problem that I may have in the future. They treated me very well.
Good company to hire and work with, they did roof replacement for our building in 2017. Organized, punctual and precise, Art is a great leader for his crew, he was here every day for inspection and walk through with me. We still use them for other jobs and inspections. Service: Roof installation
